As a  Associate Principal, Director of Project Management, Josh leads multiple teams for the successful implementation of projects focusing on the Senior Living and Healthcare project sectors. He brings 20 years of experience to the firm, including commercial and residential building. He believes that one of the greatest responsibilities we have today is to make the frailest and elderly of our society comfortable and safe and enjoy their lives in a productive and respectful way, noting that we can all make a difference in the lives of others in need because it is the simplest of gestures that make the most significant of differences. With expertise in Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing and Continuing Care Retirement Communities, Josh continues his education centered around geriatrics, disabilities, and effective design of buildings for senior citizens and is expert in in preparing a set of documents that is highly constructible in the current building industry.
