RapidScale propels businesses all across the globe to achieve next level IT productivity and profitability. When this tech startup leveled-up in growth, they needed a new headquarters to elevate their workforce and the RapidScale brand, so they hired Westgroup Designs.
RapidScale, a managed cloud services provider, is dedicated to innovating the way businesses leverage cloud computing space. Over the last three years, they averaged 160% year-over-year revenue growth and were quickly outgrowing their existing 3,000 sf office space. Needing to support their rapidly growing workforce and desire to expand their service offerings, RapidScale strategically relocated to Intersect, the state-of-the-art tech campus, in Irvine.
RapidScale wanted more than just more space; they wanted to enhance the level of collaboration and communication among employees, partners, and clients while having an environment that supports their passion for workplace + wellness. That’s where Westgroup Designs’ expertise came in.
Providing workplace strategies, programming and interior design services, our design creates a collaborative and flexible work experience that encourages cross-departmental interaction, innovation and efficiency and increases employee engagement and wellbeing. The 6,200 SF tenant improvement features an open office floor plan with interior glass partitions to encourage executive-staff transparency; 180-degree open perimeter for shared views; team meeting and collaborative spaces; casual work lounge with café; and fun team-based games and amenities throughout the office.
Built for less than $40 per square foot, the tenant improvement was completed in 12 weeks from programming to move-in. By strategically creating spaces that promote both innovation and wellbeing, our design of the new RapidScale headquarters is a true extension of their brand and elevates their workforce to the next level of success.
