As Project Manager, Roy is responsible for all aspects of design development and construction document preparation on projects. Roy coordinates with all project team members and leads the cross-functional design disciplines in developing technical solutions. As Project Manager, Roy  works to ensure the financial health of the project, the quality of project documents, claim prevention, team collaboration and communication.
