PariSima (Sima) is the visionary Founder, CEO and Managing Principal of Westgroup Designs, a renowned architecture and interior design firm with a global reach. For more than three decades, her strategic leadership has propelled the firm’s continuous growth and evolution, broadened its expertise, and expanded its range of services.

Her leadership is marked by humility and strength, cultivating an environment of innovation, and teamwork. She actively promotes diversity and inclusion, empowering team members to develop into leaders. This collaborative approach fosters a vibrant creative synergy that consistently produces exceptional outcomes, exceeding client expectations and driving remarkable achievements.

With her progressive mindset and adoption of advanced technologies, PariSima consistently pushes the boundaries of architectural innovation. She is driven by the belief that centering humanity in the firm’s mission elevates design beyond conventional limits, creating spaces that not only address current needs but also leave a meaningful, lasting impact on communities.

Sima earned her Bachelor of Art and Science degree from the University of Houston, a Bachelor of Architecture from Kansas State University, and a Certificate in Campus Design from Harvard Graduate School of Design. She is a recipient of the 2024 Ellis Island Medal of Honor Award.
