As the founder and Managing Principal of Westgroup Designs, Sima ensures that the successful delivery of each and every client’s vision remains the primary focus of the project team. She leads by example, committed to working smart and leveraging the talents of her staff, while encouraging and supporting their growth and curiosity. Sima recently received the coveted Entrepreneur of the Year, Orange County Global Woman Award. She earned her Bachelor of Art and Science degree from the University of Houston, a Bachelor of Architecture from Kansas State University, and a Certificate in Campus Design from Harvard Graduate School of Design.
