LACCD required a small and compact building design that would be responsive to a rigorous campus master plan, design palette guidelines, budget and schedule. WD’s design of the new central plant and corporate yard set the tone for future buildings on campus and was delivered under budget and 1,000 sf below maximum footprint criteria.
